Hayes Recycled Maxi Dress - Leopard

You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days after you have bought a style, as long as the item has not been used. The customer pays for the return shipping. 

All original packaging, price labels, etc. shall be returned with/on the product without having been tampered with. Returned items should be in good and undamaged condition. The goods will not be accepted if it has stains on, makeup, perfume, smells or looks like it has been used.

Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.

Send the package with the dispatch number so that it can be traced. Please include the printed order confirmation you received with the order.  In the case of returns or exchange of goods, the shipping cost is held by the customer.
Please note that we do not accept the goods being sent to a ‘collect box’. We only accept packages that are sent directly to our warehouse on the address below.

Returned goods that are being returned after 14 days, will not be accepted.
