Returns

You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used. The customer pays for the return shipping. 

All original packaging, price labels, etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. Returned items should be in good and undamaged condition.

Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Send the package with the dispatch number so that it can be traced. Please include the printed order confirmation you received with the order.  In the case of returns or exchange of goods, the shipping cost is held by the customer.
If the item has to be exchanged, and the wished item is out of stock the money will automatically be refunded.
